This year’s warm spring has created the perfect conditions for you to capture that dreamy photo against the backdrop of Sakuras. Now is the time to embark on a journey before the weather changes. Buy your tickets in advance, as we’ve prepared a list of the top 10 locations in Ukraine for spring photoshoots among blooming flowers!
The park covers an area of about 130 hectares, offering countless spots for photoshoots. In April, visit the Sakura alley, the greenhouse with exotic plants, and the tulip fields. In May, don’t miss the Lilac Garden, where lilac bushes bloom, and take photos in the magnolia garden. It may be crowded, but the stunning flowers are worth it—an entrance fee of 100 UAH for adults.
Blooms: April – early May.
Zakarpattia is famous for its mild climate, ideal for growing sakura. The best photo spots are on the main Dovzhenko Street, which becomes pedestrian during the blooming season. Also, visit Teatralna Square, Hrushevskoho Street, and Zankovetska Street, where cozy sakura alleys can be found.
Blooms: Late April – early May.
The botanical garden is filled with blooming magnolias, rhododendrons, and other decorative plants in spring. The most picturesque spots for photos are by the lake with a fountain and in the greenhouse. The entrance fee is 120 UAH for adults, including greenhouse access. Payment can be made via QR code or terminal. The best time for photos is in the afternoon when the flowers are fully open.
Blooms: Early May.
From late April, millions of tulips of various varieties bloom in the park, along with hyacinths, crocuses, daffodils, and other spring flowers. Entrance to the Dendropark is free. The park features attractions, restaurants, and cafes near the stage (we recommend trying the local burgers).
The best photo spots are along the central alley near the tulips and magnolias. In the afternoon, the lighting is ideal.

It is the only place in Europe where wild daffodils bloom at an altitude of 200 meters. Comfortable viewing platforms and pathways are available, and signs will help you navigate.
The Valley of Daffodils is part of the Zakarpattia Biosphere Reserve, home to over 500 plant species. Thus, it is an excellent place to explore rare flora.

A private dendrological park spanning 300 hectares. During the Spring Festival (from April 25 to May 20), millions of tulips in various colors are planted in "Dobropark." It’s a true paradise for photographers! Beautiful photo spots can also be found along the Sakura alley, by the lake, and on the observation wheel, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view.
The park features food courts and fairs where you can buy souvenirs.

It is one of the oldest dendrological parks in Europe (founded in the 18th century), where 35 varieties of lilacs bloom in May. The most beautiful and oldest bushes are along the lilac alley near the Branytsky Palace. For stunning architectural shots, photograph the flowers against the backdrop of the Chinese Village or the "Echo" Colonnade.
The park hosts the "Lilac Festival," featuring floristry workshops and open-air concerts in May.

Founded in 1796, it is one of Europe's most beautiful dendrological parks. In spring, thousands of tulips, magnolias, and daffodils bloom here. The best photo spots are the tulip alley near the main entrance, the magnolia glade, and the yellow tulip tree. The entrance fee is 150 UAH for adults and free for children. We recommend visiting on weekdays to avoid crowds.
